3 years from our last exchange for prospects; duration of the commercial relationship for clients (then statutory archiving under French commercial law).
Recipients
Your data is processed exclusively by the ARES team. No transfer outside the EU. Our technical providers (hosting, CRM) are bound by contract and have no right to use your data for their own purposes.
